Panera Bread

Serviceable spot for a bite it's in a busy shopping center with Whole Foods and a bunch of shops. Bathroom could be cleaned and there were no paper towels. Food is ok - better than fast food, but still a lot of unhealthy ingredients.

The coffee canisters are way past needing replacement. The entire coffee area needs updating . Everything is old, warn and unpleasant. The lack of investment in the restaurant is blatant. Prices are high. The environment is poor. The owners of this restaurant do not represent PANERA well. A wonderful employee was "let go". Sad, that the opinions of many are being ignored.

Today my wife and I went to panera for the first time in about 3 years. Out of the gate 2 of the 4 touch screens to order did not work. I ordered hot tea and there was none. I don’t say this lightly: the food was disgusting. The quality of the food was bad and somehow the taste was worse. It cost $30 for two orders of a half sandwich and half salad. The salad was visibly wilted and red. The salad also tasted like it wasn’t cleaned. The sandwiches were just bad. The menu seemed to remove a lot of the options that we liked in the past. I wouldn’t recommend this panera or any panera to my worst enemy. Every single chain restaurant we go to is cheaper and better. I wish words could actually do justice to how bad this meal was.

Quiet and decent place to grab a bite. Plenty of people come here to get lunch and just do work. The food is decently priced for panera, it’s not nasty either. Wide variety and standard menu for food and bakery too

It’s really cold outside so my husband and I wanted some soup for dinner. Our alert device never alerted us, no one called our name. Needless to say, my french onion soup was cold and nasty 🤢 If I could give it 0 stars I would !
