Panera Bread

The chicken bacon ranch sandwich is soooooooo good. However, the should absolutely REMOVE the greek yogurt from the smoothies. It ruins the whole smoothie and makes it taste cheap and only like yogurt. I got three of the main smoothies to test this, the strawberry banana, mango, and strawberry. The mango and strawberry tasted ONLY like yogurt. While the strawberry banana tasted only like bananas. I was craving a fresh and fruity smoothie and this did not satisfy it.

Sorry if this review is as long as my wait at the drive thru. In the hopes that someone sees this review and can make some changes to the drive thru process at this location. Was it a busy time to go? Yes. 5:15 on a Friday. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru, I had made it to the window. 8 minutes after that I saw her get my 2 drinks. Then onto the soup. It was gone. The girl working the drive thru then goes in the back to get more. Another 7 minutes to get 2 orders of soup in bowls and then the sandwich. I received my food, said thank you with a smile and she apologized for the wait. I've worked in food service before. I was always told if your handling money you do not deal with the food. This poor girl is running around doing the job that someone else should be doing. Expediting

Bacon Turkey Bravo was soggy. I chose apple as a side and was given a moldy apple. Iced Mocha Latte tasted like water w/ whip cream stirred in. Looks nothing like the advertised picture. 0/10 would not recommend this specific Panera chain here in hudson. Look elsewhere. Edit: Just realized the veggies in my Bacon Turkey Bravo was also expired/moldy & got food poisoning. Another reason why you should not come to this place specifically.

This place is the bees knees. The manager is phenomenal, I think her name was christana- super cool, super funny, super fresh. Food was great too- shoutout to whoever made it. 10/10 sandwich was great, service was even better. Vibes.

Great clean spacious location to get lunch Different seating areas and a nice fire place. - clean bathrooms -courteous cashier -food cake out quickly - free cup for water if you decide not to get a drink.
