You can smell the yummy food before you even walk in! We got a burger and the gluten free chicken pot pie! Honestly the best pot pie I’ve had. Love the gluten free options and the owner was so nice and heated our pot pies for us. We will definitely be going back!

We ordered soups, quiche, and sandwiches from HudCo To-Go in Hudson, WI for our Midcurrent Church women’s retreat, and every single thing was amazing. The food was ready on time, easy to heat up all weekend, and we had plenty to go around! They easily accommodated our gluten-free and vegetarian requests and clearly labeled everything, which made it so simple. The menu was customized for our group, and everything was absolutely delicious. We’re so grateful for this locally owned Hudson gem and will definitely order from HudCo To-Go again!

The owner is so incredibly friendly! The place, while smaller, is packed with numerous homemade options at a more than fair price. I had the turkey wild rice soup which was seasoned beautifully (not too salty) the turkey was so tender, it was perfect for the cold/flu I’ve been struggling through. Highly recommend and will be going back soon!

Went in on a whim of spontaneity, asked the chef what his favorite thing is to eat there, and WOW! I had a pulled pork sandwich that blew me away! Plenty of gluten free options, very reasonable prices, VERY tasty products.
