Panera Bread

The tables were unkept. Leftover stuff not cleared. Most of the spots were occupied by unknown people & it seemed very awkward. Needs better management & service oriented employees. The location is great amidst a plaza. Hope for a better experience next time.

I love the rewards and the Unlimited sip club. The food is always fresh, healthy and delicious. I come here almost every day after work or for lunch. always nice and relaxing atmosphere to study and and get some work done! :)

I placed a mobile order and it was ready very quickly. The lady working there pushing the cart with a tote of dirty water was very nice. The customer walking in as I was leaving was such a gentleman to open the door for me when I was leaving with my food. I tried the turkey chili for the first time and it was delicious! I need to get it again. The smoked turkey bacon sandwich was huge! I added onion, cilantro and basil. Too much turkey meat for me! 😋 I'm waiting for my dog to help me eat it. Shes not interested right now. Maybe later?? I just noticed that the chips are missing. Oh well. The mango smoothie is very good as expected.

No politeness, no smiles. No pride in having excellent customer service. Average tasting food. But clean looking facility.

On our visit to the tailor in Herndon, we felt like some hot soup given the cold day so stopped by Panera which was hopping both inside as well as pick-up. Our special is always the chicken and rice which comes with bread. It was delicious and we picked up an oatmeal cookie for later. Packed but line moved fast and our food came quickly.
