Panera Bread

If I could give the service 6 stars, I would! The Team here went above and beyond. This is our 2nd visit here in the last month due to family emergencies and last minute visits from LA. It does not disappoint. Also, same amazing food. The kids grilled cheese is huge!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Panera Bread location is officially my new favorite in Vegas/Henderson. Huge shoutout to Cheyenne (I hope I got your name right, and if not, I’m very sorry!). She made me the best avocado toast I’ve ever had at any Panera Bread, and that’s saying a lot because I order this same $4 breakfast all over Vegas and Henderson. Because of her, Tuesdays for breakfast here are now my thing. Everything was fresh, perfectly made, and clearly done with care. Thank You Shy, for truly making mornings great again!

The food tasted good and came out in a reasonable amount of time. The prices for the pick 2 aren't very clear so you can easily spend quite a bit of money on a small meal. Jesse who delivered our food to the table was very hospitable, kind and eager to get us anything we needed. He is just a pleasure to be around and authentic at wanting to keep the costumers happy. It is a pleasure to still see people around with such a committed work ethic. Thank you Jesse for making this an enjoyable experience!!

These days when customer service seems to be lacking, I was very happy to experience the amazing work ethic from Jesse! He was personable, hardworking, attentive and treated us like I am sure he wants to treated. That kind of customer service is rare these days when everyone is in their phone and ignoring what the customer might need. He was always paying attention and got us what we asked for without complaint and was just so nice. Thank you Jesse for making our lunch that much better!

This review is for an Uber eats order from this location. Poor packaging and complete disregard for hygiene and food safety. Bread (6 pieces) was just thrown on top of other items without any packaging. Main bag open with bread exposed. Spoons, forks and napkins mixed in with the bread. Definitely questing health and hygiene standards at this location.
