My go-to for working lunch at least 1x week!!! Always fresh delicious food with a brand-quality that fits the pricing …..except for their super yummy soups that I think it hard to pay $7 for a cup!!! Store manager joins his staff and efficiently works all stations alongside them from time to time. Values his customs just as well, ensuring that take-out portions are just the same as what is served when dining in. This restaurant is always clean, floors, surfaces wiped often and meticulously. Bathroom can do with a bit of updating but it’s always clean and stocked. So many delicious and very healthy choices. I LOVE their summer salads. My most often bought meal is in the attached photo: the pick-2, chicken chipotle avocado sandwich with Greek salad and a complimentary apple at the side. I

Patricia answered the phone for me. There was an issue with DoorDash, totally not Panera’s fault but my food had been sitting not picked up for an hour. We finally got someone to deliver it with Patricia’s help but before they did I was given a partial refund for the trouble. Then the order came & they had remade the food so it would still be hot & they also added some treats for my kids. I was so pleasantly surprised at the kindness so I tried to call back but by this time they were closed. Thank you so much to Patricia & Panera, that was so kind of you.

We visited Panera in Fishkill around 4:00 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. The place was basically empty, with a few customers. After placing our order for a simple bagel, coffee, and hot chocolate it came to $20! We were told to go in the back to pick up our order. We waited almost half an hour in the back. Again, the place was as far from busy as possible. We saw a bagel sitting on the counter but didn't know who's it was. Finally they saw us waiting there for so long, that one of the workers asked if we were waiting for a bagel. And I said yes I have been. She tried to give me the bagel that had been sitting there all that time. I said I think it's not warm anymore. One of the workers put her hands on each of the bagel halves and promptly told me no it's warm and handed it to me. It was cold

The employees were great. They all were working hard and kind. Its literally 5° degrees outside, and your fireplace isn't on?? Everyone inside was wearing their winter coats. Hey, owner: Don't be such a cheapskate! Turn the heat up and the fireplace on! Ill never go back there because my family deserves better than that. Unbelievable. I understand ppl want to make money... but you'll never be successful treating your patrons this way. Also, the booths were broken.
