Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Was there today 1/14/2026. A customer was rude to them, very unkind but the staff were sweet and treated her kinder than she deserved. They took my order directly after dealing with her and were absolute sweethearts. No one should be treated that way and I hope they know they handled the situation well with kindness that's hard to find nowadays.

Amazing experience at Charles’s Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was outstanding, and you can truly taste the care put into each plate. The service was excellent as well: friendly, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. This is definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends and family. Highly recommend Charles’s Restaurant for a great meal and a wonderful dining experience!

Christina was very helpful and advised us with best selection. Place is clean and welcoming. Love their samplers in front of the shop !

A nice Charleys in a busy Walmart. They sometimes have samples. It is always clean. The workers are always very pleasant, paitent, and understanding. I like things a little complicated and they've never been anything but nice! Jackelyn was super sweet today.
