Panera Bread

First off the Manager the Boss was the absolute sweetest person EVER!!!!! We drove almost 4hrs there for a dance competition. She hooked us up with some coffee. We were driving back at night. It really made our night and so very thankful for her kindness and generosity. Of course the food was so yummy!

We came here for lunch. As soon as we walked in we were greeted at the door. The cashier was so nice and super friendly! I order the Broccoli Cheddar soup w/ half ciabatta cheesesteak. I’ve had the soup before and it was delicious as always. I’ve never had the cheesesteak before but it was good! Everything was so filling. A cozy little spot for a nice lunch.

I almost never write reviews, but this Panera in Farmington deserves it — and that’s 100% because of Ally, the manager. I’ve watched a lot of Paneras go downhill, but this one is a total standout. I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong location (completely my fault), the food there sadly went to waste, and even Panera’s main customer service couldn’t fix it — but Ally solved it instantly and gave me a full refund without hesitation. She was kind, fast, and so on top of things that it honestly shocked me in the best way. Farmington is insanely lucky to have this Panera, and Panera is even luckier to have Ally — please give her a raise and let her teach the rest of the company how it’s done.

Waited in line at the drive thru for over 10 minutes, got home and my chicken salad sandwich is about half the size they used to be, with maybe a tablespoon of chicken salad!! Definitely no longer worth the money!! The cashier was friendly though.

I ordered a Chicken Avocado BLT and picked it up then drove back towards my work to notice that they left off the chicken. I didn't have time to turn around so it had to be my lunch. Did not taste very good.
