Panera Bread

Panera is a solid go-to for fresh, consistent food and a comfortable place to sit and work or meet up. The soups and sandwiches are reliably good, and the bakery items are always tempting. Service is usually friendly, though it can get a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, a dependable spot when you want something quick but better than fast food.

THIS IS THE WORST PANERA I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Every time I have gone for dinner, they have been out of something. It doesn’t show that they are out on the app but when you get there, they tell you. If you are open until 9 PM, how do you run out of soup at 7 PM every time? The same thing with bread. You are a commercial bread shop! How do you run out of bread every time When it isn’t even close to closing? Isn’t there a manager that sees which items sell out before closing and make sure to order more of those items? This never happens at the other Paneras I’ve gone to.

I got the wild rice soup for lunch. I bit on a piece of plastic. It looks like the corner of the plastic bag the soup came in dropped in the soup. I tried calling Panera Bread to let let them know and could not get a anyone on the phone. Please be careful eating the soups!

It's like they've given up. I can't rate the food because I couldn't get any. Walked in around 7:30 pm on a weeknight. No customers there at all. No one appeared to be working there either. After a few minutes I decided it was not worth wasting any more time waiting for service so I left and got my meal elsewhere.

When my gift certificate runs out, I won't be back. French onion soup is about the best they do. Was there today and my chicken and rice soup was water and vegetables. My dipper sandwich which was "limited time only" was mostly just bread, and it only took 20 minutes
