Panera Bread

We walked in and ordered a birthday treat on the kiosk. We stood around, waiting, before approaching the register. The cashier was transactional without any other interaction. None of the employees spoke to any of the guests. The restaurant also smelled of burnt food. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning myself.

One of the worst paneras when it comes to customer service. I place an online order and they forgot a bread bowl. I called them explained to them and Nora told me to comeback and they would redo my whole order, (makes sense why sould my soups be cold cause I have to drive back) I bring them the old food but they only give me a bread bowl. 2 cold sandwhiches and 2 cold soups. One sandwhich was a half as well which was wrong. This Panera is bad and management should do some retraining. Just pathetic how rude there employees are allowed to be.

***Go to Seekonk, MA - the staff and manager are so nice there**. I visited on December 21, 2025 for the first time and asked for an extra Caesar dressing for my salad. A woman behind the counter in a green shirt, did not respond verbally, grimaced at me, and slid the dressing toward me in a very aggressive manner. The interaction was abrupt, unprovoked, and uncomfortable, leaving me confused as to whether I had done something wrong. About an hour later, I could clearly hear the same employee who is a "manager" loudly yelling on the phone with a customer. She was yelling, “I don’t care—call corporate” and “Is that it? And? And? Are you done?" Immediately afterward, the "manager" returned back behind the open service window and began shouting about hating her job, not wanting to be a manag

Placed an order or Bacon Mac and cheese and this is the amount of bacon they gave me. No utensils as I requested. I called before to make sure they put the smoothie twice on the blender, and they didn’t do it.

I had the opposite experience that most reviewers had on here. Went on a Friday for lunch and service was pleasant and prompt to interact with. I didn't have to wait too long to get my food. However, they did give me the wrong sandwich and didn't ask what option I wanted for the side. I was more disappointed with the lack of protein in any of the dishes that my friend and I got. I wasn't satisfied with the portion sizes of their new menu. This is really a "come hungry and leave hungry" experience for me.
