Customer Reviews
This is the worst Panera Bread I have ever been to. First off between ordering til the time we got food was 30 mins. We only ordered soup. One didnt get the right soup and second ordered a bowl received about half a bowl. I took mine back very unhappy at this point was told they were down 2 people and were sorry about the wait. Then they struggled to get me the right soup. I do believe they were out of the wild rice I ordered and added chicken noodle to it. (Definitely tasted that way) I have never had the wild rice look like this before. When we came in the manager was taking pictures of the inside, maybe she needs to help assist customers and get orders done correctly.
Generally pretty consistent with good quality and correct orders. I eat there fairly often and have only had once or twice where something has been incorrect. Food is usually on time, and when it has not been, the place has been really busy, so understandable. The only complaint I have is that the food seems to have gotten, in general, less tasty over time. Which is kind of unacceptable considering that this place is pretty pricey. I feel like there may have been some corners cut on the corporate side, but I can't really say. Overall worth a visit, though.
I went through the drive thru on 01/18 @ 1852 for my 2nd time there ever. I accidentally ordered a sandwich on the breakfast menu. Then, I had to change what I wanted to order to two salads. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a green goddess chicken Cobb. They were both ordered with dressing on the side. My fault was I didn't check the order at the windows. I get a Caesar salad with no chicken and the other salad with no Avocado and no dressing. I even tipped the guy working the windows. Is it that hard or did I irritate the guy working the window by ordering a breakfast sandwich. I don't know but it sucks im trying out a new restaurant and this is the service I received. What is wrong with the service industry these days? Smh
I will never go back to this Panera. I'm not sure about others. They charged me >$20 for what was basically a lot of bread with mediocre cheese and something that was supposed to be bacon that you can almost see in one of the photos. Panera used to be a very regular stop for me because of the quality of the food. Now I would even resort to going to Subway. I have had far better sandwiches at 7 Eleven, WaWa, White Castle. You name it. This was TERRIBLE. Even the lemonade was bad I was barely more than water. The only good thing I can say about them is that the bathroom wasn't filthy.
I really enjoy Panera, but don't buy it often just because of pricing. A lot of places are high anymore, though. I don't think it's just here. I downloaded the app and got a discount and a free brownie. I love the Ciabatta cheesteak. The chips and the potato soup were very good. The strawberry smoothies are delicious, and my husband enjoys the turkey bravo sandwich. Also, as a beverage, the passion fruit papaya green tea is delicious. I didn't think to take a picture of any of it unfortunately. Update: potato soup, baguette, and chicken bacon rancher with added pepperoncini slices in pictures
