The kiddo at the drive through window with the most amazing curly hair, was so very kind!!!!! He is the perfect person for that job. He'lldo great things in life. Well done! Let him train the others!

Spent +20 minutes in the drive thru with being the only car during the middle of the day. Ran out of majority of the menu, got 1/3 of the order right and still paid $35. No bacon on the Bacon turkey bravo, food is very bland to what it used to be. Every one location of these restaurants have quickly declined. I get more food out of my kids lunchables! Not wasting more money on these franchises 🙄 Updated: Before ordering They will announce an entire inventory items in which they are out of... Making ordering very limited. Out of bread selections and vegetables for a sandwich restaurant, just sad. Pretty sure they mop the floor with Diet Coke as sticky as the drink station is

The guy with the long hair just went from the register to put on gloves to touch my food without cleaning his hands. Then used a clean rag to wipe his EAR then used hand sanitizer and walked off leaving that rag on the counter.

So was hoping for a good meal, had no sides to go with our sandwich, no deduction for no side, then had an up charge for fruit cup. Bad deal, go elsewhere where you get what you pay for.

I placed my order online as usual, but accidentally clicked the wrong option and asked if they could just provide a cup of ice. When I went through the drive-thru, they didn’t include any utensils or straws, so I had to go inside. While there, I overheard the two drive-thru employees openly bad mouthing me and my order. Between the cold and poor food quality, mediocre drinks, and unprofessional customer service, this visit was extremely disappointing.
