Panera Bread

As a regular customer, I’m completely disgusted to have found this bug in our half southwest chicken ranch salad! A simple refund doesn’t erase the fear of eating anything from here going forward.

This is our first time here and tried their breakfast sandwiches. These were very well made and delicious. The coffee was great as well. The service, quality of food and the great staff here were a pleasure. The place is clean and well maintained. There are plenty of tables. We will most definitely return here often! Located in the Walmart Plaza on Memorial Drive in Chicopee Massachusetts.

I ordered a hot sandwich with soup and a salad. I think they made the hot items first and let them sit there a bit while making other good because my hot items were lukewarm. Still tasty but not hot. The person I was with did their own order at the same time and their food was piping hot. That was disappointing. But the staff was friendly and it was clean and a pleasant atmosphere. I'll definitely go back and give them another shot.

Just walked out of Panera at noon on a Tuesday and it was a terrible experience. First, the tables weren't clean. There were crumbs everywhere. Second, the staff was louder than the customers. I was working on my laptop and kept hearing a loud staff member shouting "you don't hear me? You don't hear me?" To her coworker before laughing loudly. No one was laughing with her. Then, when I got my meal, they didn't include my medium coffee. When I walked up to the loud staff member and said "excuse me?" She made a big sigh, "mumbled" under her breath (I put "mumbled" in quotations because her mumbling voice can fill a room), before asking how she could help. She didn't believe that I ordered a drink. She took me to the rest of the staff where they all proceeded to have a staff meeting about whe

Absolutely terrible costumer service from the woman making drinks and coffee on 2/6/26 around 12:30. Completely ignored, no greeting, no eye contact. After about 5 mins of just standing there being ignored I finally speak up and ask about my pick up order (app said it was ready 10 mins ago) .. she cut me off mid sentence to explain how she’s too busy to help me. She then proceeded to tell me I was yelling at her??? I never raised my voice. Really leaves a terrible impression on this establishment. Sucks because I order from here often. I won’t be back.
