Panera Bread

One of the very few Panera locations in the area that's opened until 10pm (other Panera locations typically closes at 9 or 9:30pm). Restaurant is kept clean and organized. Staff is generally attentive, courteous, and friendly. Sometimes, can be very busy here because of this specific location. Service is mostly quick and efficient, compared to some other Panera locations. A lot of parking available in shared lot.

Overall, entry is very clean and presentable. Place is usually full of patrons (a good sign) and their display captures attention. You could order from their screens or with a person, but usually the lines are long if you wish to speak to a worker. Their items are pricey! We ordered a salad and Mac & cheese with drinks which was almost $40. Most entrees are around $8-10+. Getting the food, it was such a small portion (the Mac & cheese) for the price.. but it did taste good. It just seemed a bit dry (you can see in the video) and could’ve used more cheese. The salad was just an ordinary salad- nothing special. Some large pieces of lettuce chunks. Their chocolate chip cookie was very good (especially if you compare it to other fast casual competitors) and their teas are VERY good. Highly

Cashier completely loosing patience for elderly customers, making bad looks to a elder woman. At 4pm, why so slow preparing food? 20 something minutes.

Very bad behaviour by employee she is very rude. She talks with me like im her servant. If panera bread didn’t take action against her, i will file complaint against them.

I got a chicken noodle soup today and the chicken was raw. I called the manager of this location to express my concern and I was told that it was impossible that any raw chicken was in the soup. Yet, there was. I’m concerned for other people consuming this batch of soup, but he did not take these concerns seriously.
