Cold Stone Creamery

This was my first time visiting Cold Stone Creamery, and Chesler made the experience so easy and welcoming. After I mentioned it was my first visit, he took the time to explain all the different options and what each one included, which I really appreciated. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Chesler also gave my friend and me a brochure with information about the rewards points app so we could save money on our next visit. After I finished paying, he made sure to include utensils and napkins in the bag without us having to ask. Overall, my first visit to store #23941 was smooth, easy-going, and definitely worth coming back. Great customer service goes a long way, and this experience did not disappoint!

I had ice cream at Coldstone Creamery in Carle Place. The service was efficient and fast. The ice cream was delicious. The store was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return here.

Great service. I was so impressed with the way that Customer Service, and this store handled a recent issue I had. The manager Charles personally reached out and offered to make things right. When I returned to the store, Chesler was already aware of the situation and took great care of me. That kind of teamwork and customer care really stands out. Thank you!
