Panera Bread

I don’t go to Panera regularly…I used the kiosk to order my food. It asked me to use a pager…or if there wasn’t one available to put in my name…I used my name and waited 15-20 mins for soup and a salad…go to the front counter and ask about my food….was told of your food is ready it will be around the corner…my food was already there and soup cold. There is no sign that said “pick up food here”…no one called our name and there’s a total of 3 people in the whole place. I find this crazy as the kiosk said to wait to be called and was never called for.

The food in general is good as usual n the young lady who waited on us was very pleasant however the appearance of the restaurant was terrible the tables were filthy n food n napkins n paper was all over the floor which was disgusting

They always have the best, most friendly staffs work here. My orders are always prepared quickly and delivered hot. Highly recommend

My sister recommended the Mac and cheese here so I stopped in, the food was very good and the staff was amazing. Fast service too. Thank you

Person running the food pickup counter was rushed and rude, all the light fixtures over the food prep area are covered in dust and cobwebs. Place just hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time.
