Panda Express

Be careful I bit down on a piece of metal that was imbedded into the orange chicken at this location that was purchased in a family meal. Their insurance denied my claim. I’m just happy it happened to myself and not one of my kids. I won’t eat Panda Express again unfortunately after this happened.

Ordered spring rolls and a small entree of Bejing beef. The spring rolls were greasy, filled with a mysterious mush. Terrible. The Bejing beef was just as bad. The beef pieces were greasy, bland, tasteless. If I was blindfolded, I would not be able to identify it as meat. I return here once a year to see if there's any improvement. I think I'll skip next year.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Sophia! Great customer service i requested fresh bejing beef as it was almost gone. She happily spoke to the cook and had it made in a timely manner. Thank you for the great experience Sophia!

They refused to give me my receipt after I purchased food , girl rolled her eyes and gave me another person receipt. Very rude girl and boy working . I did not eat the food I wasted 11$ , not safe don’t eat here, try Lakeland , Flordia Panda Express they have better service and quality .

I ordered a family meal and selected the Black Pepper Sirloin Steak as one of the three entrees. They charged me an extra $4.50 for choosing that entree, but when I received the meal, it was only about 60% of the expected portion. This is ridiculous. I would never order the family meal again. You’re better off getting three individual meals instead.
