The coffees and teas 😮‍💨🤤🤤 my daughter usually gets shakes there and she loves them! I always get a coffee or a tea to wake me up or to have energy for the rest of the day!!! The ladies are always AMAZING!!

Absolutely love this place! This tea and nutrition shop has become my go-to spot, and I can honestly say I look forward to every visit. The teas are always so clean, fresh, and seriously some of the tastiest I’ve ever had. Whether I’m in the mood for a tea or a coffee, I’ve never been disappointed—the coffees are rich and flavorful, and the baby cakes are the perfect little treat to go along with your drink. The atmosphere here really sets it apart from anywhere else. It’s always buzzing with positive energy, full of friendly faces working, chatting, or just relaxing. The environment is inviting and supportive, making it easy to unwind whether I’m by myself or catching up with friends. The owner Stephanie is always so happy! And has created such a cute atmosphere for her shop. I can go in and get some work done while sipping on a Tea Bomb or protien coffee! They also have the best cookies in town!

One of my favorite places!! Stephanie delivers tea bombs to my school every Friday and it’s the best “pick me up.” I love cypress nutrition! 😍
