There's no line indicator at this location.i choose this location and deeply regret it . the line was going all the way to the outside door and with more people coming on top of that. service was really slow and when it was my turn I got to ask for my food there was nothing left everything was gone and I've seen how other panda express restruants work everyone is communicating and even yelling what food they need I saw none of that .the manager was the only one seving and when he asked my choice of food or what I wanted and nothing was there what a total let down. I was offered to wait more time so I gave it 5 even 10 more minutes and still nothing just a blank robot giving me "well be right with you" i got tired of waiting so I asked for something random instead I didn't even eat it no

I had the worst experience here tonight. I usually come after work around 8:30 - 9:00pm. I've had a couple bad experiences here but this one put the icing on the cake. I order a plate, my proteins were teriyaki chicken and honey walnut shrimp. They said it would take 12 min for the teriyaki chicken. I was reluctant (and exhausted 🫩)thought it'd be fine but I was so extremely wrong. I'm waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Another lady comes to order and she gets put on hold for the teriyaki chicken as well. However, they offer her a drink while she waits... I wasn't offered a drink and I had to wait much longer. I'm tired I worked 12 hours today, I just wanted my food so I let that slide. I just tell myself that as long as I get my food first since I only had a plate and I was there before h

i usually visit this branch and he's always served me more or less, but now I visited this branch at night and the manager in black treats us very badly, I asked for 2 kids meals and a 3-items plate my children's Plates were chow mein old. when I asked if they could put us on the new one they were doing. i asked for double angus steak and this is what they put me on my plate of a portion made it double… I actually paid more than $10 for this dish to be served like that. wow im so disappointed, really bad experience

We don't eat a lot from Panda Express as there are plenty of other Chinese Food options out there with better food and more vegetarian options. But when they introduced "Beyond Orange Chicken" to the menu we figured they were talking directly to us so we gave it a try through one of the delivery apps. What we got was okay. My son and I each got an order of the Beyond Orange Chicken...both were overcooked...but differently so. Mine was REALLY over cooked so the Beyond "Meat" was really tough and hard to eat. His was just a little overcooked so was more tolerable but still not exactly right. Bummer! When I went to Panda Express the other day the food didn’t have much flavor. The fried rice and orange chicken didn’t taste like any of the flavors at all. Make the food more flavorful and fresh. This was during the night when I ordered around 8pm
