Panda Express

I dine-in with my mother and kids today. Worst customer service. From the beginning to the end. Always with a long face, if they don’t like working here maybe they should switch to a different job. Even asking for a bag was a problem!! Rolling eyes at me and my daughter, making stupid faces. Acting like i owe them something. It kinda felt like racism to me. Never coming to this restaurant at all. I felt discriminated.

Fast help good food had to make my mushroom chicken from scratch so there was a little wait. I always get the plate. Everything was pretty fresh wait was only few minutes so no big deal. Wingstop and Little Caesars right next door is situated in shopping center

So I went in yesterday to get a quick bite. The food wasn't up to standard at all. Of course I misplaced my receipt and wanted to watch my niners play. So I called today and asked what they can do. At first the young guy told me they couldn't without a receipt so I talked to the manager Haidee and at first seemed reluctant but after explaining the situation she said I could get a food replacement. I'm very impressed that she made the right choice in making a great reviewer happy. The food was very good the second time around. 3 stars for the food and replacement and the 4th for great customer appreciation and service. I'm not sure what happened during the morning shift and can only hope they tell the cook to take his time with the rice so that it's cooked to perfection. And don't over coo

Hello everyone! Today I deiced to eat Panda. I received the order and when I open my plate at home my surprise was this. All the time they served enough food but today not. I loved the flavor the people is really nice. They are really efficient no doubt, but the portion come on guys! So have a beautiful day!

In my opinion you can't really go wrong with panda express. I know what I get myself into when I order food from here but this was very underwhelming. I ordered a simple chow mein with orange chicken .My chicken was very dry and the noodles tasted very bland. I'm not sure whats going on at this franchise but the only good thing was my Mexican coke.
