Panda Express

I DoorDashed a plate with one orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp and when it got here my orange chicken wasn’t in there.

Ordered double teriyaki and fried rice! Asked fir teriyaki sauce got none, turned around to get it, got home and had noodles 😪 I don't like the noodles, live 15 minutes away not worth the dive back. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Tickets says what I ordered, guess they don't pay much attention to what they are doing.

My husband and I stopped here for dinner today and we were very impressed about food and service. All guys working fast and very polite. The portions are huge. We’re really appreciate the care.

We stood there quite a while, which was normal for how busy it was. Then a lady in a black shirt with a name tag that said “Manager” came up. I thought we were about to get good service — but instead we were treated poorly, by the manager. She asked for our order, we started to tell her, and she just walked off talking to herself. This happened twice. We assumed she was on a headset dealing with drive-through or something. She swap out the rice, topped off a couple things, took some dirty pans to the sink, then came back, rolled her eyes, put her hands up, stared at us and said, “Are you going to order?” At that point I asked if she was even talking to us because we had been ready from the first time she asked, before she walked away mid-order. I'm a doordash driver, and Amador is hands down the best Panda Express employee I've encountered. Dude is on top of it, great customer service skills, and honestly one of the few who truly care about his work. A lot of the workers here are awesome, but Amador stands out in a big way
