AMAZING!!!! We do a lot of traveling and have been too many taco trucks (AZ, WA, OR, ID, MT, CA). This one was top tier!! Delicious and flavourful food. Onions, cilantro, cabbage, limes were all very fresh. The burritos are massive! Left satisfied with our meals and full! Owner was very friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for delicious authentic Mexican food this is the best place to go!!! Everything we ate there tasted absolutely amazing! The tortillas were warmed up perfectly and did spill a drop or fall apart at all, the meat was tender and had great flavor, the veggies were fresh and the salsa was spicy and actually had flavor along with some heat that went perfect with the tacos! Highly recommended!!! We will continue to go back here for the great food and outstanding service! We had no wait and we have eaten our food faster than it took him to make it! If you want tacos the get there soon!

Checked in with the Taco Boss again and he’s still pushing out some of the best tacos you’ll find all across the Oregon Trail and beyond. I’m really glad my man has lengua on the menu these days…. I’ve had lengua tacos and lengua torta now and my man the Taco Boss has earned a new nickname, the Torta Whisperer…. 🤫

Great flavors and quick service. Prices were a tad high but what isn’t these days… Burrito was HUGE and red salsa very flavorful. I will be back if I pass through again.

Really good taco truck you can get to quickly from the freeway and then get right back on. Good prices, cash or card. Food was all good. Tortillas all done well, both red and green salsa are good, little heat but not too much, topped with onions, cilantro and red cabbage. The Adobada was very good, carnitas as well. That's important to me. Out of chorizo so I got a couple asada. The asada tacos were average, it's a good taco, it just doesn't grab me the same as pork.
