Panda Express

Had ordered 4 items go back home to realize they forgot to give me my side entree. Had to go back and show the receipt. I got my missing item but the hassle of doing so. I expect restaurants to have the order ready and not forget things.

Ordered a large sizzling shrimp A la carte. She filled the container 3/4 full and said she could only give me 15 shrimp. I'm fine with that but at least fill the rest up with veggies! That order cost over $16...what the hell. The trays were sticky too. Worst Panda ever.

This is a 5-Star review for Shirly, who is obviously a relatively new employee to this location. Shirly was working very quickly and was very friendly with all of the customers. This is also a 1-star review for Matthew, who appeared to be managing the line at the time I bought lunch today. Matthew, you will learn with time that managing requires leadership, and while you were trying to get things done and I saw that, you were also pretty rude and pushy with Shirly. Please consider that new employees might need support and encouragement rather than belittling. It looks like you might be good at being a manager some day, but remember, treating people well matters, as does productivity and efficiency.
