Panda Express

Great atmosphere and the food was delicious. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Prices were good. I really liked the orange chicken. Drinks are self serve. Bathrooms were nice. Drive thru was very busy. We received a free red gift bag, panda toy, and gift card as a courtesy for the grand opening of the restaurant. I will go again soon. 🙂

Set for what felt like forever in the drive thru...was given chewy old burnt fried rice. Literally crunchy, dried, burnt rice and eggs big and small chunks dried and rubbery... definitely won't be back..

Terrible service, they were understaffed. I ordered takeout and when it took so long, I asked them to cancel it. They said they would do that, and moments later I got a message saying my order was ready. When I went back to pick it up, they said it had been canceled, but I had no proof that they had canceled it, so they had to cancel it right then and there and give me a cancellation receipt. I would have preferred they just gave me the food.

Dear Panda Express on outer loop. The taste of the food yall make is a hit or miss, no in between. Besides that THERE SHOULDNT BE A REASON WHY IM GETTING 3/4 OF THE VEGETATION FROM THE AMAZON RAIN FOREST IN MY CHOW MEIN,LIKE SERIOUSLY. I HAVE A HALF OF AN ONION RING AND BIG CHUNKS OF CABBAGE IN MY CHOW MEIN. On top of that there should be no reason WHY IM WAITING ALMOST 15-20 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD, EVEN WHEN THERES NO BODY IN THE DRIVE THROUGH AND INSIDE. This is not a one time occurrence, I’ve been to this Panda Express multiple times and it’s the same issues every time.

Nah. Not worth the wait. Panda also has very poor quality meat. I will likely never return to this store by my own decision. I’d rather go get Max Orient. Faster, bigger portion, and better service. 10/10 recommend Max Orient over this spot.
