Panda Express

Amazing as always! I love Panda Express, as food was very fresh-hot and delicious. We visited this location while we were in our Glacier National Park tour. I like the service, very friendly and polite staff. Waited almost 20min in queue to get our number. They give amazing portion (food quantity) is good. Location is amazing as very close from many hotels/motels. Nice dine-in area, big and spacious but noisy as so many people were waiting in a queue. So if you’re looking for quite place then this is not I should recommend. Overall experience is amazing and definitely worth to try.

The food is good. It is consistent with the vast majority of Panda Express restaurants that exist. This particular Panda Express appears to do a high volume of business. We noticed that customers are constantly coming in for food. Since this particular restaurant has been around for several years, we suspect that's a good thing. The staff is efficient. They take customer orders and fill them as quickly as possible. They take note of what items might be running low and make sure that more is prepared for other customers to enjoy. Between customers, I noticed that the staff is busy organizing food trays and cleaning. The only thing I noticed was that the tables s quickly cleaned after customers leave. I will never order catering through this Panda Express ever again. I had put in an order a week ago and had to make changes to it. I cancelled that order and put in a smaller order for delivery yesterday. I did this all through their website. When the time came for the delivery I started getting texts from 2 different DoorDash guys. I called and Panda and they said there were two different orders. I told them I had cancelled the other order. They refused to help me and insisted I contact DoorDash. I had had no contact with DoorDash and had no idea how to contact them. I tried to explain that according to my Panda account the only order that showed up was the correct one and the other order was not on my Panda account. I’m done with this place until they can figure out how to separate online orders and in person orders. No one should be waiting 20+ minutes for pre-prepared takeout food because they accepted a ton of DoorDash orders (Which seem to take priority over people in person) Not to mention when you finally do get to order, everything is slow. Slow to put it in the container, Slow to move down the line because there are all these online orders in between the real person orders and the staff is confused about what goes with what. They’re slow to bag it up, you have to ask for sauce, not to mention their portions are getting stingy. This is by far one of the cleanest, nicest friendliest, places to ever go eat at in town! Everyone is super helpful! There's always clean tables available for big groups that come in! The manager is very willy nilly to help get your order correct if something was messed up. I used the Uber eats app for the first time ever, I was ordering for somebody else in Montana, I'm in Arizona. I was afraid of the food being cold because it was prepared an hour and half early before the set delivery time. Had I known I would have called them sooner to let them know to make it later, but rest assured she told me not to worry about it and she'll do what she can to fix the problem.
