Panda Express

Occurred on 3/3/26 Pull into drive thru, waited a few moments before woman answered. Placed order, however issues began with location not having string bean chicken. I am not kidding when I tell you this location never has it ready. EVER! Idk why I thought today would be different. Woman proceeds to inform me they don't have that. I commented "y'all never have that when I come, y'all need to do better. She replies." I'm just drive thru I'm not a cook." So I corrected her by saying "I did not say you need to better I said y'all! Panda Express as a restaurant! Thank you!" I pull up to the window to pay and the woman proceeds to tell me that they don't have any Teriyaki chicken for any of my orders (4). Of course I cancelled my order. This was the best fast food experience I’ve had in a while! I didn’t catch the name of the drive through worker but who ever was working the drive through window at 5pm on Tuesday December 2nd was great! He was easy to understand, high spirits, polite and made the whole transaction very smooth. Even with a busy dinner line the whole team crushed orders and we got our food speedy!

1 star. FIX YOUR BUSINESS HOURS! OR MAKE IT FRESH. I came to this Panda Express around 11:15pm and they told me to get other entrees or sides I did not want or try to even order. Your page says closes at 12am but you guys denied order before that timing. Maybe actually put that you close at an earlier time than 12 since you guys cant even work this place right.

Every time we go here the drive thru line is long and it takes a long time to order and get the food. The other disappointing thing is the amount of food they serve. I have been to other Pandas and this location always serves the least. Went today and got a plate, ordered half white rice, half Chow Mein, and double Sesame Chicken. It’s as if I asked for double vegetables instead, there was more on bottom of the chicken than what can be seen in the picture.

I was there for an hour. When i arrived there were 7 people in line ahead of me. When I finally ordered they were out of pretty much everything and I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for them to make the food. Well 15 minutes passed and still no food. I checked in with them and now they were out of fried rice. This place is super busy and they literally only had 3 people working. The 3 people that were working werent really making effort to move faster. There was also no appology for the wait or any kind of acknowledgement to their customers why things were taking so long. Very poor customer service, and the employees did not seem to care.
