Taqueria La Juquila 2

I drive by this intersection all the time, among a few others in the Littleton area, but this food truck always seems to have a crowd out front compared to others. Finally gave it a try 3 weeks ago and since, have eaten there 2 more times. This food truck is the epitome of simple done right. I've ordered the quesabirria each time, but my husband had also tried the sopes (carne asada) and gorditas (al pastor) and they were amazing. Workers and nice and friendly and this gives me more reason to practice my Spanish speaking as a Colombian-American. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Guys, this unassuming truck parked by a liquor store is a treasure. We had al pastor sopes, asada torta, and quesabirria tacos. The quesabirria and sopes were some of the best I have ever had. The asada and Al pastor were so flavorful. We also got sides of green chili and it was sooooo good. 10/10 would recommend.

These birria tacos look absolutely incredible! The vibrant color of the tortillas, the generous filling of tender meat and melted cheese, and that rich consommé for dipping – it all looks so flavorful and satisfying. The fresh lime wedges and radishes are the perfect touch to cut through the richness. Definitely looks like a must-try!

Best chicken tacos around. Excited to try the rest.
