Panda Express

I had such a great experience at Panda Express! The customer service went above and beyond everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really stood out was how attentive and kind the staff were. It’s not often you see that level of customer care. Michelle was the best! I’ll be back here again.

Shalom as I'm in town for work inconveniently found this Panda Express I was minded to visit it because of the experience I had in the Windsor California Panda Express. I ordered 1 * bigger harmonious plate which was supposed to be more food. Yet the super greens was almost 30% less the amount of what I was getting the few weeks while I was at the Panda Express in Windsor California. There was nothing about this plate that was more. It was definitely less. I would have went back in however it was a pickup order so the bag was tied and had a piece of security tape on it so I just assumed everything was in order.

About three years ago I stopped at a Panda Express, in Pace, Florida. The service there was so bad I vowed to never try this restaurant chain ever again. I broke that vow and this experience changed my opinion. The young ladies were all beyond pleasant despite being very busy. When I was asked if I had ever been to a Panda Express, and I replied "No" the lady tripped over herself to help me understand the menu. She even took the time to set up the app on my phone and ensured I received the discounts and points on my first order. I liked the entire experience but I had to remove one star because of the cleaning supplies left in the customer's view. For me seeing a broom, a mop, or a cone...is an immediate 1-star removal. Food at this location is fresh. Service is good. Always trying to make sure you can get meals for less by using app. I've never eaten here but plenty of tables and chairs

Even though prices have more than tripled since I first patronized this fast food chain. The food remains consistent in taste and quality. I was hungry when I ordered and was pleasantly pleased with the taste portions,and quality of my choice of protein. What was once $3.85 for a 2 way NOW $10.50 is just a sign of the time remember when a 2 piece wing & breast for Popeye's was $3.50 too ahhh the Good ole days
