You know all the things you wish Chipotle did, but they never do? Well, Panchero’s does them all perfectly. Staff welcoming you gladly into their store, portions served with measuring cups for accuracy, and fresh ingredients that were all actually available. We went on opening day during the dinner rush, and they had ALL food fully stocked. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to other fast casual Mexican places in the area and they’re constantly out of meat, veggies, cheese, etc. I first went to a Panchero’s years ago in Iowa and remember it being incredible, so I had really high expectations for this location. Waited about 30 min opening day, the owner was a tad rude when she asked what my name was and then just looked at me like she was confused? I get that they were really busy, but it seems like there’s a lot of chaos and things were out of order. Update on food: the burrito I ordered really wasn’t good. The peppers weren’t cooked, onions were pretty much raw. By the time we got home the food was already cold. Chicken was good however. The best part about the food was the chips and queso. Probably won’t be back sadly.

Honest review we'll do pros Vs cons Pros- good price, good tastes, nice tortillas, staff was nice. Cons - veggies were still quite raw I like mine well cooked so had to take them out. Had almost a whole third of a bell pepper chunk in 1 burrito (I get wanting to bulk it with non protein for profit but daaaaaang), only cilantro lime rice available and ...I hate cilantro so couldn't get rice. Would get again but PERSONALLY myself stay away from any of the veggies next time. Thanks Pancheros! (Pepper in photo is half of what I bit into 😮 quite a large pepper and that was only 1 of them, had 4 of those, red peppers, & small dice onions)

Kind of like chipotle but much better. Very friendly staff even when we showed up three minutes before closing. To our surprise, the food was still very hot and seemed fresh. Seems like a great place for healthy mexican, if that's even a thing. And they make fresh tortillas on site.

So so so so good. It’s like Chipotle but better. I did a bowl with double chicken, rice black beans pico jalapeños and verde salsa. It was amazing the jalapeños are fresh the salsa and pico is fresher and it was a very solid portion. Perfect lunch spot. I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff was friendly the venue is brand new! I couldn’t recommend it more.
