The food is the star here, its packed with flavor. Unfortunately, the service hits a rough, slow and not very attentive and a lil rude. The atmosphere sits at a decent 3/5, nothing special but comfortable enough. Great place to eat if you’re patient, because the pan dulce really do deliver.

The place is clean and organized. But the sweet bread was below par. We got donuts covered in chocolate and they were hard as if it was old bread. I was really hoping they were fresh. Ginger bread were very soft and good. But I give them 3 stars for some of the bread not being fresh.

I was really surprised about all different panes they had. Canchas normales, canchas rellenas de queso o cajetas. Cinnamon roles, hojaldras, pan con chispas de colores, piernas, marranitos, more than 20 different options and super affordable. They were mostly fresh and good flavors. My place to go when I visit Brownsville next time.

The bread it self isn’t the problem. Its the attitude of the girl cashier and the fact that they close earlier than advertised. So you drive across the city to have it closed earlier.

Great breads and sweets. If your looking for a really good Pan Dulce and friendly staff, this is the place to be! Highly recommend stopping by and try anything and everything!
