PANA Donut's & Boba Tea

Donuts: 10/10 - fresh, warm, and you can tell they made them there. They were fluffy and crispy and delicious. Not like other places that they mass produce them and ship them so they're sitting for days before ever getting to the shelf. Service: 10/10 - everyone was nice and friendly without being overly performative. Environment: 9.5/10 - very clean, well organized, but there is no changing table in the bathroom, so make note of that. Coffee: 3/10 - this was the one problem I had. It did not taste like coffee. It tasted like coffee-flavored syrup they mixed in milk. Had a gross aftertaste. I will try the milk tea next time- I've heard good things about that. All in all, I had a good experience 👍🏻 would recommend

This place wasn't bad when they first opened but is going down hill lately. Their sausage egg cheese croissants were the bomb until today. The sausage used to be as big as the croissant but not anymore and hot,not anymore. The sausage had a foul odor and taste , like it was spoiled. Couldn't even eat it. I told the girl taking my order I wanted 1 sausage,egg,cheese croissant and one egg cheese croissant and she looked at me dumbfounded like she didn't know what I wanted (and she was a American girl). Their menu board has a 2 item sandwich and 3 item sandwich and the ingredients listed are the same but one is $4.49 and the other is $4.99. The donuts aren't fresh like they used to be. Very clean and inviting environment. A lot of delicious donut selection and flavors. Donuts are made all day, so they don’t run out of stock! Many different types of drink selections, including Boba tea. I definitely recommend visiting this store, and will do so again myself.

We went in, and despite the long line we were in there for no longer than 15 minutes. It was easy to order and they have all the donuts labeled making it easier. The donuts are soft and they taste very good. The price is good and the donuts are even better. I ordered a mangonada smoothie and a coconut milk tea with boba. They are both good and the milk tea is very smooth and creamy.

Was a super long line but it was still a short wait. Drinks are excellent coconut milk tea is my new favorite. Donuts were excellent bought a dozen and got 5 free. Definitely worth the wait
