Brooks Uppercrust Pizza-Grill

The title says pizza n grill, but the grill is where this place succeeds,cause pizza isn't their strong suit. They do claim to use real cheese, but the sauce is what kills it with no flavor... the dough does taste frozen and isn’t cooked enough. Their prices are high... we had 2 prime ribs and a small pizza cost us 66$. The prime rib was good, had about 30% fat on it... A1 wasn't needed which is always good. The baked potatoes are large, and doused with butter is good and filling. These could be a meal all on their own. Staff is friendly, always attentive. The bathrooms are clean, but they're in the basement... hold your nose, and the smell wont bother you. Give them a shot... you may love it. I will be back but only on prime rib nights.

Great experience, the seating with the old style wrap around booths give great character to a pizza place. The owner and son were very nice and great conversationalists. The pizza and breadsticks are fantastic!

This has been on my list to try for a long time and I finally got it accomplished! All for supporting local small business! The 10lb pizza looks incredible, but I didn’t try it. The breadsticks are awesome! Happy with the food, service and facilities are nothing to write home about. (Forgot to take a photo before I started eating)

The 5 star rating is for the food and customer service. The food was amazing (Big Upper 10lb Pizza) The waitress was amazing It was our first time in But they really should think about not pushing the whole religious aspect in your face. Bibles right inside the door and then at the table the placemats had the praying hands and other stuff on it. Me and my family did feel really uncomfortable due to this reason. Maybe tone down that aspect. As soon as we sat down we flipped the placemats and it did seem we were being judged by the workers cause we did that.

Let me just say I loved the food. We tried bread sticks, pizza and Stromboli and we liked so much got one to go. We came from out of town and the owners were so very hospitatible to us made us feel like family. ❤
