I ran into their tent at the Huntley Farmer’s Market and this is the best concha I’ve ever had! Super fluffy and soft, not dry at all, and (I had the plain one) but the flavor was so mellow and delightful—not overly sweet but just enough to warm you up. Definitely will go back earlier next week to the market to grab some more!
