Amazing breakfastt!! Everything was delicious! I got the Pork Belly Tocino and it was so flavorful. We loved the pancakes and French toast and lumpia as well. I would definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the area, you won’t be disappointed. I’ve never had Filipino American breakfast so I’m happy to have tried it. Also the four seasons canned juices was great!

I’ve been following the opening of Pamana through Instagram after being a fan of Baon Kainan food cart. Today we finally tried the brunch, and the food was excellent! Ethan and Geri have curated a cozy, comfort food menu. The pancakes with ube crème anglaise have a nice chew with the mochi flour. The Manok Sando - fried chicken thigh - had a great batter with a very tasty adobo gravy… and order the fried potatoes as a side and add some spicy vinegar dip. And of course, order the Pork Belly Tocino because the Leungs = Filipino cuisine = always order pork. Delicious. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable. We need to go back and work through more menu items!

I've been to Pamana a few times for brunch and can't say enough about how good it is! It's in the Hoxton Hotel downtown and the restaurant has huge windows facing Burnside. The staff are friendly and helpful. On our last visit, our server was singing joyfully along with whatever was playing and it created this sort of homey vibe in an upscale restaurant that I really liked. On to the food! It's good. Portland has more Filipino food that it used to and Pamana is a great addition. The lumpia is crispy and hot with a tasty pork (or veggie) filling. I've enjoyed both of the sweeter items on the menu - the pancakes are made with rice flour and have this really light but chewy texture and the french toast with the bruleed bananas hit the spot. I had the tocino silog with an over medium

Pamana at the Hoxton is an absolute gem, every single thing about the experience was top tier. We had the lumpia, ube pancakes, and the omelette, and each dish was perfectly executed, comforting, and full of flavor without trying too hard. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole brunch feel special rather than rushed. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Portland lately, and I can’t wait to go back and work through more of the menu.

Overall, great spot for brunch, The Ube Pancakes are an absolute must-order. They were incredible—perfectly fluffy with vibrant purple hue. The ambience is wonderful. It’s located inside The Hoxton Hotel PARKING- We did street paid parking right in front of the hotel
