Pal's Sudden Service

This is the best pals in our area. The food is incredible and the service is fantastic. The biscuits are golden brown and buttery, cheddars always crispy and cheesy. I want to say thank you to the Gray team. You guys rock!!

I ordered three hot dogs with extra, extra onion and received three hot dogs with barely any onion at all! It’s the third time this has happened so I will not be going back to Pal’s! It’s VERY frustrating not to get what you ask for!

Ordered a toasted cheese with bacon, the girl repeated a plain toasted cheese with bacon. I said no, i want a regular not plain. She said ok. I pulled around paid and left and got a plain toasted with bacon. I went right back, new girl at window, i explained the error asked for the one i ordered. She said okay, $5.76. I said no i already ordered and paid. She said ok pull around. I did, they charged me at the window. Love pals but this location sucks. Also there was no seasoning on the fries.

Just wanted to express genuine gratitude towards the workers here. My husband and I hardly have extra cash to get fast food (and it’s usually Pals that we crave) and when I say I’m hardly ever let down, thank you! My husband once worked at Pals and he knows how tough it can be. But thank you all for always doing your best even if is your worst day. You all truly are making someone’s day better. All this for a hot dog and patty melt 😅

This Pal's seems to be the worst 1 I have experienced. Rude employees that never say hello and act like they hate being there..Food is a toss up..sometimes its ok other times not so much. I live in Gray, but going to Boone's Creek next time..That seems to be the best 1 in JC
