First time trying fried balogna sandwich. It was very good. Decent fries. Friend devoured his key lime pie! Not fancy but certainly a favorite with the locals.

Really nice people cooking real good . Home style cooking done good . Food was tasty and fresh and the service didn't disappoint. Friendly fast and accommodating. I'll definitely be back to try the weekly lunch specials .

This place always looks busy and honestly thought it was just a bunch of old people who lost their sense of taste. But man was I wrong. It took us a while to get seated but in all fairness was it was a busy Saturday morning. Once we were greeted we were immediately sat. Our server was so kind! The food was delicious. Biscuits and gravy, also the bacon so good. Overall would go back! Great affordable prices too!

Seat yourself, be prepared to freeze while you eat. Wait staff was young and attentive, would like to see them in a uniform of sorts not shorts and yoga pants. My dad voted a 4 for tastiness and flavor, coffee was hot fresh, he would go back and says way better then the chain CB down the road. Hubby says he likes it and scored it a four. My mom rates is as a 4. Now let’s get down to business, I thought the brown gravy was slightly pasty and the pancakes were missing something. The hash-browns were cooked with perfection and for sure if I go back I’ll just ask for them to make me a potato bowl. I was however surprised as we walked out to peep inside the fridge and the amount of condiment bottle blew me away. cool little local diner on our way out of Johnson city. we wanted homemade biscuit and gravy and we got them! unfortunately I did find the gravy to be a bit bland, maybe my expectations were too high? nothing bad, just not as flavorful as I'd hoped
