Friendly service, interesting savoury options, but do not miss the donut dough cake with caramel sauce, served warm. Such a bliss!

Discovered this gem During the Street fair yesterday, I ordered the cheddar cheese biscuit, chocolate chip scone, and a stuffed spinach pastry. All of it was delicious. How lucky the folks are in Maplewood to have such a lovely bakery. I will definitely visit again and next time I will order a boat load of those cheddar biscuits and freeze to save a trip.

The Palmer’s have created a beautiful and calming space in the heart of Maplewood Village. Offering classic bakery treats, our favorites are the banana bread, scones, biscuits, whoopie pies, and oatmeal sandwich cookies. Don’t miss a chance to visit and try their fantastic baked goods.

This place is a neighborhood gem! I always come for the delicious oatmeal cream pies, but lately I’ve noticed they’ve gotten much smaller while the price has increased. The menu prices them at $3.75 but I paid $4 for a very thin cookie that was about half the size as before. I would’ve been happy to pay $4 if the cookies was more substantial like before (again they’re very delicious). I’ll also add that the hours can sometimes be inconsistent. Nonetheless I think it’s a great place and will continue to support when I can.
