Palm Desert Suites

Unit has full refrigerator and stove/oven. Very clean and comfortable! The WiFi is excellent. The pools and hot tub were awesome! New quiet air conditioning. Nice and quiet neighborhood! Walking distance to Albertsons and Starbucks! Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Very friendly staff! Great location! Dated rooms with kitchens that are not well stocked for cooking. Might be different in the newly renovated rooms.

Omg! I'm in love with this hotel room! The cuteness and the decor is simple unbelievable. The layout is great, it feels nice and cozy. Ohh talking about cozy, the bed is absolutely comfortable, I laid down to rest my head and didn't realize i had fallen asleep. You have everything you would need in your home away from home. A fridge, stove, dishwasher a beautiful bathroom shower and his and her sinks. You'll love it here

The booking process, check-in process and even requesting extra amenities is SO SIMPLE. Plus they make it so personable an are very helpful and kind. The decor, style and feeling of the room is incredible! There’s even a stove top with an oven! I love to bake and for the price of the room, the amenities are outstandingly unique and greatly appreciated. I put a request in for extra towels, blanket and pillows which were already in my room when I arrived. It’s upscale without the upscale price. It is rare to find the easygoing customer service staff and the way they make you feel appreciated and safe in your room trying to make sure you have an open line of communication should you need anything to make your stay better . We stayed here at Palm Desert Suites last year to help with an ailing family member. We are here again and let me tell you, They have really UPGRADED the suites so nicely!! All new furniture, cabinets, shower, vanity, refrigerator and microwave. They have even included starter internals, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Last year there was nine of this. There is a nice toaster/toaster oven, and Kuerig coffee maker. They've included extra towels as well. They checked in on us mid stay to see how everything was. If you need anything, they are simply a text away. The area is very safe and relatively quiet, if you get quiet neighbors. Lol. It's centrally located in Palm Desert, just a mile from El Paseo and a block off Hwy 111. Plenty of dining not too far and grocery stores nearby. It's
