Project Burger

The perfect smash burger. Visited Project Burger on a Thursday during lunch and had a great experience. The customer serie is excellent and the food is delicious! Chabe took great care of us, she answered our questions about the menu and was very attentive. I ordered the Blackened burger which is savory and juicy! The provolone truffle cream is decadent without being too heavy and adds complexity that elevates the burger nicely. More than just aesthetic, the bun is soft and tasty as well. The Project burger is branded and features simple ingredients that are well balanced. This perfectly cooked burger with caramelizad onions and bacon jam is delicious and will have you coming back for more! Definitely returning. Next visit I’ll try the sweet potato waffle fries. They have done the food right! From the milk shakes to to burgers, you will not be disappointed! The place is small with outdoor patio seating and a few tables inside, might be best to go on non-traditional dining hours, and is well worth the wait! A very friendly, family owned business.

First experience, got the Manoes burger and the burger was bad, flavors didnt go, super dry, the patty the ham no solid, or sauce in burger. The cheese sauce on the side made it worst, super watery and fries tasted old and limp. Great service with a smile. I did get takeout order but still for $20 . Im left disappointed. Didn't even finish it.

the burgers looked amazing but like a dumb dumb I ordered the Chicken Garlic Prosciutto which was not good choice . the combination of stringy binding ham and chopped chicken made a proper nightmare eating experience, that I wouldn’t recommend. so don’t be a dumb dumb like me. order a burger if you can. coz they look bomb. Parking is ok. Restaurant is small but has outside seating that you can bring your kids to wreck themselves silly like sugared up monsters if you are one of those types of parents. Service was good. Word was out that this was the best burger in Coachella Valley. I accidentally discoved its location on another trip in Palm Desert. So I ordered the Project Burger with a Caesar salad, though people are saying sweet potato fries are great. Think double smash burger with cheese in between. Sauce a tad spicy, but works well with bacon and carmellized onions.
