Palladino Farms

Airport food. Really? I've been traveling extensively for over 30 years and have over 1,200,000 miles on United Airlines. I've eaten out a few Airport. Restaurants in my life. This is not airport food. Fries? Hot, crispy and amazing. The brisket and onion sandwich was terrific. The server (female) was prompt, friendly, accurate with my order and my food came out hot, exactly how you'd expect. Prices? Extremely affordable especially for an airport restaurant.

For those that keep charging 14$ to their creditcard to buy a soggy sandwich of two slices of turkey and bread, you are destroying the economy for the rest of us. Even if this place throws out 80% of their inventory everyday, they are charging so high that they can keep exploiting their advantage over us and raising prices. Let it rot.

I had the chicken and waffles and it was fine for airport food. Do not expect a belgian waffle. A shout out to Kimberly for service. Our 6am flight was cancelled so ~100+ people received a food voucher. Kimberly was the only one working the floor in the restaurant and it was suddenly packed. She did an amazing job getting orders, delivering drinks and the food as soon as it was ready. Another employee came in at 7:30 and immediately stepped in the help bus tables, bring checks, drinks, and food. Alcohol service starts at 10am and a man asked at 10:02 if he could get a beer. Kimberly's was up to her eyeballs in cashing people out and her response was, I don't even know what time it is but if it's after 10, I'll get to you when I can. I only hope people tipped on the full amount because her

Came in at 10:40 am and ordered coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Coffee came reasonably fast. At 11:15 we asked the waitress where our food was and she said "unfortunately, she [the cook, I guess] is taking her time." We paid for the drinks and left. Other patrons who came in after us had already been served. Waitress was indifferent. This is the airport we always fly out of and we won't be visiting this restaurant again.

I had breakfast here on an early Sunday morning. The waffles were rock solid. Do not order the waffles. I almost broke the plastic fork and knife trying to cut them. The side of eggs was okay. The coffee is watered down. I would only suggest this place for breakfast because it was 1 of 2 places to eat (the other was Dunkin’ Donuts) past the security check point.
