Smooth texture, soft but dense in a good way, the flavors are on point. In addition, signs are bilingual (Esp + Eng) for added accessibility some non-dairy options. There is also more than ice cream here, popsicles, Frozen and dipped bananas, and many other treats. They are creative with what they serve. It's refreshing to see. I would choose this place over Gail's fine ice cream every time unless traffic was an obstacle, but thankfully I'm much closer to this paleteria. There does not seem to be wheat free cones which would have been above and beyond the default. There are also minimal artificial colors in use.
