Very pleased with the service even though short staffed. Some of the best biscuits and gravy I have ever had. Great little diner. I understand why they are so highly rated. Will go back if ever in the area again. Great food at a great price.
Philly cheesesteak was on point! Service was A-MAZING! Definitely will be coming back!!!
Good food, exceptional staff. It's the perfect embodiment of a classic small town diner. Plus, I'm always impressed when there are several solid vegetarian options on the menu (thank you!).
That food is good. Are waitress has been awesome, the couple times we visited. They have gluten-free bread. Which is a plus for me for breakfast. We sat in the dining area alone so not really sure on the atmosphere. I would recommend it if you're coming through New London. My mom used to work there when it was Bucky's restaurant so it definitely has hometown feel!
For breakfast I had the biscuits and gravy and in the United States there's really good biscuits and gravy and then there's the rest. This one fit into the rest. They were edible but they were not good biscuits or delicious gravy. My girlfriend had the chorizo omelette and she absolutely loved it. The service was quick she kept my coffee cup full. The prices were reasonable.
