I was taken aback by how the lady behind the counter was more concerned with her personal video call than packing up my order and processing my payment; my order was sitting there (I ordered by phone in advance for pickup, during which the lady taking the order seemed distracted and irritable) and she took her time attending to her video call, with her phone propped up on the counter, before finally slowly packing the items up as I stood there waiting to pay for my order. It seems this is the norm unfortunately, and perhaps these personal distractions are the reason I wasn't given the samosas I ordered when I came a previous time (although when I came a few days later they did give them to me). If you like to get the most delicious Indian and Bengali dishes (Kebabs , grills, biryani’s, vegetables and many more) in NYC you should check this restaurant out. Their foods test perfect and made of fresh ingredients. I just love to eat here. Also it’s all Halal food here.👍🏼

I tried so many times, But I always forgot to take pic. So I felt guilty for not giving reviews. PAKSHALA’s food really fresh & delicious. Recommend for Lollipop Malai, kabab & Salmon fish

One of the best places serving all of my favorite items for breakfast & lunch specially. It's really close to the Jacksons Height and as far as I know they're new but for a newcomer they defiantly deserve the credit. I loved their (not sure of the items name but it was a desert) Payesh desert & their goat biryani is the legit G.O.A.T (Greatest of All Time) I also had their Pompeo fish platter someday ago that was fire too but didn't get a picture of that. going to recommend this place for sure, worth the moeny </3

One of the best Kacchi in NYC. Since they are open, I have been coming here almost every single week few times. Their food quality is always the same and fresh. I love this place❤️. Highly recommended.
