I order from here often, because the food itself is good. But the batting average on asking them to exclude items is super low. Every time I’ve ordered, I ask for no onions, no cilantro and no pico on the nachos. Raw onions, the smell and taste, literally makes me dry heave. Unless they’re cooked all the way down, I can’t tolerate them, to the point it makes me sick. I asked for no onions and no cilantro on the tacos, and no pico on the nachos. The onions and cilantro were present in the nachos, which makes me wonder if it wasn’t done maliciously, because I asked for that to be left off. So like I said, the food itself, good, no complaints. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Upon entering the restaurant, I greeted the staff member, but she did not acknowledge me and simply stared. When I asked how to place an order, she repeatedly pointed at a kiosk that was turned off, all while continuing to cut meat from a distance. I politely explained that I didn’t understand what she was trying to indicate, but she continued pointing without offering any verbal guidance. Eventually, she walked over, realized the kiosk was off, turned it on, and then walked away without further instruction or acknowledgment. At that point, I felt unwelcome and decided to leave. I went to the nearby Jamaican restaurant instead, but unfortunately, the customer service there

Man talk about great food!?! The birria is sooooo good. The pupusa are home made and so rich and delicious! The consume is amazing!! Great restaurant, and definitely worth the mkney!!!

I ordered food from the link on their website, walked in and the store was closed. Straight up robbery.
