I have tried Paella from many places including Romesco in Bonita, Sally’s from Hyatt across from Sea Port Village SD, Bakery Habana in Irvine...... no place make paella as good as Paellas Minueto. The rice perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked, not too dry, not too mushy, very fragrant. Many of my friends who had tried paella made by Paellas Minueto are all agree with me it is so far one of the best Paella in San Diego or in my opinion the best in Southern California. Will never say no to a plate of paella from Paellas Minueto even when I’m extremely full. Great job Paellas Minueto!
Woweeee!! I was a guest at a birthday party and got to experience the amazing Paella. It was so fresh ,good portions and very tasty. It is pretty much all made in front of you. The owners were very friendly providing a one of a kind experience. Highly recommended! RIQUISIMO.
