Paco's Pizzeria and Restaurant

**updated review** I actually found out that this place is under new ownership and found my previous review a little harsh. I dont want to discourage new business owners from being successful in our area. I wish I could be more positive but I genuinely was dissatisfied with what I got. I hope the new owner is able to work on the menu and play into their strengths better. On the face of it, the menu and name is the same, but the food itself isn't, leaving long time customers confused as to what happened. In addition, the amount of fees for ordering online is a bit much. Online convenience fee? I would think ordering online would be more convenient for the staff as they wouldn't have to spend time on the phone. And a card fee on a website where paying with card is the only option? I could be

I order pizza from here and let me say it’s my last time , the food here is so tasteless NO FLAVOR at all. This pizza my child was eating had so much cheese and barely any sauce . To soft too , I don’t know how people can eat at this place . When you place your on the phone the girls are RUDE & always seem to not understand how to take orders. Now if you want delicious pizza Dominic‘s or Bella is way better than this crap.

After many times of getting good food here, the quality has taken a dive recently. The grandma pie, which high was usually very good was terrible. The Paco salad also was not good. At $16 it should have been much better. All lettuce and little else. Disappointed and I don’t think I’m going back.

Is there a new owner or chef or something? I’ve been ordering from these guys forever. The past two times I ordered was a problem. The first time the girl didn’t seem much she knew what she was doing at all. I had to tell her “don’t you need my address and my phone number?” tonight I ordered a Brooklyn style pie and the girl on the phone asked me “a what? “ I explained to her” I order almost one of these a week.”When the pizza showed up, it was in a different box that I’ve never seen. The pizza itself isn’t terrible, but it isn’t what it usually was. Everything on it taste different. The crust was very thick and it’s supposed to be a thin crust pie. I don’t know. I’m hoping it was just a one time incident I guess.

Have been ordering from this place at least once a week for the past year and always had a good experience. Today we ordered a plain pie and it came so soggy and so much cheese there was no way I could give it to my two year olds. Called, apologized for being annoying and explained the situation. They said they would make a new one and deliver it. It’s been 2 1/2 hours, and still haven’t received the pizza. Ended up ordering from somewhere else.
