This is a great little ice cream shop, more flavors than you could shake a stick at. It’s very clean, plenty of seating, and the prices are more than fair. They also have a number of walking nacho options which are super fun. The staff was very friendly, And there’s plenty of parking outside the door.

This place is amazing. I've always passed this place and today I finally stopped in. I was greeted by Paco himself and he helped me out with my purchase. The place is pretty chill, he has music going and plenty of seats. There's a lot of variety to choose from, in both paletas and ice cream. He also has elotes in a cup and chips as well. I got the Gansito ice cream and my significant other got the mangonada. They were both hits. I couldn't ask for more in this Texas heat. It was a great reprieve. I would happily come here again to support a local business.

Paco Pops is delicious! They have a great variety and healthy options. I have a family of 5 and there is something for everyone. On top of that, their service is amazing! I have been 3 nights in a row and each time the service is friendly and accommodating! New family ice cream favorite ❤️.
