Meat Empire BBQ

Went by last weekend for their opening and was very happy I did! Great food and people. We got the Smoked Chicken Wings and the Beef Tri-tip Sliced Sandwich. The wings are perfectly smoked with a crispy skin, but still moist inside. The seasoning is great, no sauce needed for these wings. However, the owner recommended trying the creamy cilantro and it does pair with them perfectly. The Beef Tri-tip sandwich has smoked Tri-tip, cut to order and very tender with a very flavorful Chimichurri Gremolata. Both were very good and worth the trip. Look forward to trying other items in the future, but it will be hard not to order these every time. Location is great with plenty of parking and there were even some picnic tables provided to enjoy the lunch while we were there.

As someone with a sensitive stomach, I’m always cautious about trying new BBQ spots—but Meat Empire BBQ has been an absolute game-changer. Their food is not only incredibly flavorful, but it’s also surprisingly gentle on my stomach. I’ve enjoyed many if their meals multiple times without any discomfort. It’s clear they use quality ingredients and prepare everything with care. Highly recommended for anyone who loves BBQ but usually has to be extra careful with what they eat! This BBQ is on another level! The pulled pork was tender and packed with flavor, the tri-tip was perfectly cooked , and the potato salad hit all the right notes — creamy, well-seasoned, and super satisfying. The banana pudding...that dessert was next level — smooth, rich, and absolutely unforgettable. You can tell everything is made with care. Easily one of the best BBQ spots I’ve been to. I’ll be back for sure!

I’ve had the delicious meats from Meat Empire BBQ several times and it’s the amazing flavor, generous portions, and reasonable prices that brings me back. The wings are without a doubt the best I’ve ever had. This owner is extremely knowledgeable and really has it together. I highly recommend this company.
