I consider myself an expert on taco trucks. This was by far one of the best overall experiences. The tacos were lean and flavorful. The truck is clean and super cute. The service was above and beyond friendly. A++ experience!

Hands down one of the best taco places I have had in awhile. Nothing will beat the Pachuqueña Food Truck. All the food is packaged and clearly well thought about the presentation. The flavor is quite amazing, and the head chef takes time and makes sure that all the food tastes perfect down to the last bite. You can surely enjoy the authentic taste of Mexican cuisine. Absolutely a must try!

This place is so good! The employees were so kind and helpful, being patient while we all decided what to get and answering questions. My son rated his quesadilla a 10/10 and the horchata is top notch. The whole family agreed we’d be adding Pachuqueña’s to our take out rotation!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ There was a bit of a wait for my food, but it was 100% worth it! The sopes were handmade, fresh, and full of flavor — just like something straight from Hidalgo. You can tell the cook really cares about making every dish perfect. The ladies at the counter were super friendly and helped me choose what to get. Totally worth the wait and definitely one of my favorite food trucks now! 🌮🔥
