Oy!

We came on a Thursday morning around 930. There were a good number of people in there, but we were seated and served right away. The host was very nice. We saw him bring a lady waiting for her friends a drink while she sat at the door. The one thing we didn't like as they have all those hard metal chairs that a lot of restaurants are getting lately. Thankfully, there was one with a bench open so we could sit on the padding because no one likes those cold hard chairs. The strawberry pancake that was supposed to be small and 7 inches was absolutely huge and needed a pizza box to go. You could tell that the strawberry pancake was made in-house. What a surprise! I been waiting to give this place a try and it exceeded my expectations! I'm very picky and when I say the food and service was awesome, believe me. The 7 in pancake is huge you won't need a 14 in. The pancakes in the image are the regular sized pancake being 7inches. I hope they don't change this but the portion size is sharable. In my opinion, the price point is reasonable as well. The food had more flavor than I expected. I'm really hoping this isn't a one off situation because I do plan on coming back. The health score was a 93 A; that's a plus. The service was spectacular! Our server demonstrated text book quality service! First time here will definitely be back. Came here Saturday 02/07 with my daughter for brunch. They were busy but they don't play, tables turn over fast here. We waited about 15-20min. Once seated our waiter came right over took ir drink order, brought us our drinks & took our order. Food came out fast also. It was fresh & delious. The pancakes we ordered were the 7inch bacon pancakes. If you are looking for a great place for breakfast/brunch I highly recommend checking this place out.

We had the opportunity this morning to try a new to us place in Buford. Our server, Julia, made sure that it was an unforgettable experience for us. She was not only patient with the questions of first timers, but also made great recommendations and made sure to offer a replacement bacon pancake when the first one was too well done. The home fries and eggs were better than expected, the pancake with Bacon in the batter was a unique combination…but the star of the show was the French Toast. My Wife and I agreed that it was the second best French toast we’ve had. If you’re a fan of breakfast food and you’re ever in the Buford area, Oy! is a fantastic place to try.

Well, we visited this brunch spot years ago, perhaps when it first opened, and we weren't impressed. However, today we stopped by after voting, and MANE, this spot is on point! The food, service, and cleanliness were excellent. First, this restaurant is usually mad crowded with an insane wait-list, but today it was easily accessible around 11 AM. It was clean, moderately quiet, and nicely decorated. The floors, tables, and kitchen area were clean. I loved the chalkboards on both sides, highlighting a specialty item and the wifi code for guests – very nice.
